anxiety

Heavenly Father, i come before You now feeling anxious and worried, not knowing where it comes from, but turning to You for some peace.

my mind is running fast, my thoughts jumping from one to another, so im here, praying for some guidance, hoping to hear Your calming voice.

Blessed Mother, i ask You for your loving arms around me tonite.  i do not know what is the problem, whether or not my ego is involved.  but i ask for Your patience to sit next to me and help me breathe.

Jesus, please go before me and ensure that i am following the path that the Father has set out.  i ask Your help so that i do not stray because of fear or anxiety or doubt or temptation.  please be with me.

angels, help me sleep tonite.  help me manifest my dreams and accept the Father's love, the Blessed Mother's warmth, Jesus' intercessions.

and Holy Spirit, please cover me in Your truth and wisdom.

Father, thank You for Your love and guidance, for the constant support You provide me.

thank You, Blessed Mother, for hearing my prayers, for comforting me when im stressed and for loving me.

thank You, Jesus, for being next to me always, for bringing me peace, for walking with me every step of the way.

and thank you, darling and fun angels, for your constant stream of light, for touching me whenever my heart is breaking, for sitting with me, even if i dont acknowledge you there.

im so grateful for my spiritual transformation and for moving me towards my lifes purpose, for marinating me until this moment when im ready, for letting me know that everything was going to be okay in the midst of my desperate times.

thank You for my gift, and i pray to strengthen it as i learn to trust myself and my instincts.

i ask You to please continue to light my path with clarity and sureness, and when i stumble or stray, please help me get back on track.

may my new job bring me opportunities to use words that heal, that inspire, that encourage, that comforts all through the presence of the Holy Spirit.

may my son and his teammates and his coaches be covered in Your Sons most precious blood, Father, and may Your healing hands ease their physical aches and pains.

may my mother, my brother, my sister, and my father be blessed by You, Jesus.  may You always protect them and nurture them, Blessed Mother.

i can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.  Phillipians 4:13

Father, thank You so much for all that You have given to us.  i am in a state of constant gratitude for the blessings You have bestowed on my life and to the lives of those i love.

i want to praise You and thank You for bringing my son home safely to his bed where he is sleeping now.  i beg You to please send angels with him in the next few weeks as he begins to condition his body for football.  please keep him, his teammates, and his coaches safe as they prepare for an upcoming season.

Father, i humbly present myself to You as someone who has allowed ego to enter and control her life, especially with a person You have brought to show me how to worship and pray to You.  if there is a chance to correct my errors in this situation, please allow me to do so.  if there is no chance, then i graciously accept Your will because You have a greater plan than i have for myself.

i ask You, Father, to help me in my quest for awareness and humility.  i seek Your guidance and counsel in my every day life so that i may live my Divine purpose.

please hold in the palm of Your healing hands those who are hurting physically, emotionally, and mentally especially my mother, my brother, my father, my sister, my son, and me.  please shine Your love on my friends who are suffering from anxiety and stress and doubt and fears.  please hold them close to You in this time of darkness.

thank You, Father, for the smallest blessings and graces that i may not always notice.  the human angels You put in my path add such a love and peace in my life, and may i know when to let go so that they may continue their work in other lives.

i ask You to strengthen me, Blessed Mother, in my heartbreak and in my temporary sufferings.  i ask that i lean on You humbly and not be tempted.  please take those from my life who serve no purpose other than to lead me on a path away from what is the will of my Lord.

Father, i come before You to thank You for the opportunities you give me.  opportunities to be surrounded by the love of my family and friends, and opportunities to capture beautifully radiant carmelite sisters.

thank You for the gift of photography You bestowed upon me.  please show me the path that will allow me to give back to the community using this talent, and i pray that this will be a career that will fulfill me.

dear Lord, i ask that You keep my son safe tomorrow on his flight back home and that this upcoming year will be a safe and productive one for him in school and in his personal life.

i also ask You to please hold the following loves in the palm of Your hand:  my friend, elaro, shel, my mother, my brother, my sister, my father, vansa, lewol, brenfi, and me.  we all need You now, need Your guidance, Your greatness from which we need to draw strength.

Father, please hear the prayer in my heart, and help me know my lifes purpose.

gratitude

Heavenly Father, thank You so much for bestowing upon me the gift of photography.  when i have my camera in my hand, i feel so alive and so connected to the world, so grounded and happy.

thank You for bringing good people in my life and for completing ties when lessons have been learned.  i ask You, Lord, to please help me with endings, especially when i love the person.  however, please help me remain grateful and to continue having loving thoughts.  i know that people come into my life for a purpose, and if they were to leave, it is Thy will and not mine that is being done.

Father, this time of transition in my life is exciting, but i face challenges when doubts and anxieties creep in.  i believe that You have a path set for me, and i ask You to please light my way and help me with each step so that when i stumble, i have the courage and strength to rise and follow You.

please, Lord, bless my family who need Your loving hands and Your Sons most precious blood around them, especially my mother, my brother, my father, my sister, and me.

i also ask You to please be with my friends as they wait for good news about jobs and about family members health, as they travel to new parts of this country, as they return home from other lands, as they work under pressure.

Father, thank You for reminding me that i am not alone, that i have family and friends who i love and who love me, and that there is an abundance of love that i have yet to encounter.

thank You for bringing an abundance of health, wealth, happiness, and peace to my everyday existence.  let me not forget to be in a state of gratitude for the graces You bestow upon me daily.

thank You, Heavenly Father, for the blessings You have given me.

thank You for those who are with me on my spiritual path, a path laden with challenges all designed to be closer to You.

may i always follow Your will without losing who i am, may i always put others first without neglecting my needs, may i always love and be loved.

thank You for giving me the strength and courage to face my fears and doubts.

may Your guidance be clear and illuminated so i will never question my footsteps.
